Jalori Pass Trek - Day Hike


Located around 100 km from Shimla, Jalori Pass offers a serene escape into the mountains. The trek will take you through spectacular spots such as Shoja, Sereolsar Lake, Lambri, and the Great Himalayan National Park. You’ll also find numerous temples, notable forts, and quaint hamlets on the route, perfect for enjoying the rich culture of the place. What’s more? You can even fish in the Tirthan River, adding to your memorable experience. Highlights of Jalori Pass Trek-

  • Discover the breathtaking Jalori Pass, situated at an altitude of approximately 10,800 feet above sea level, nestled amidst towering mountains.
  • Throughout your trek, you'll be accompanied by an amiable guide who will ensure a safe and enjoyable journey.
  • Experience the awe-inspiring vistas of valleys, majestic mountains, meandering rivers, and cascading waterfalls while trekking through the scenic trails of Jalori Pass
  • Embark on an adventurous trek from Jalori Pass to either Serolsar Lake or the Raghupuragarh Fort with your fellow explorers.

Jalori Pass Trek


    • Commence your journey by arriving at the Jalori base campsite by 8:00 AM. Pause to relax in the serene surroundings.
    • Delight in a warm welcome with tea, coffee, and snacks provided at the campsite to energize you for the day ahead.
    • At approximately 10:00 AM, your friendly guide will join you for an exciting trek through the Jalori Pass. They will be there to assist and accompany you throughout the journey.
    • As you trek, soak in the stunning vistas of valleys and mountain ranges that adorn your path.
    • You have the option to choose between trekking to Serolsar Lake or the Raghupura Garh Fort, both promising unique experiences.
    • Take your time at your chosen destination, and when you’re ready, commence your return trek to the base.
    • Wrap up your adventure by reaching the base around 4:00 PM in the evening, concluding a fulfilling day of exploration.

Cancellation policy


Life is unpredictable and we understand sometimes you have to cancel or change your trip dates and it is our endeavour to make it as easy possible for you. However, please understand we plan everything including guide fees, permits, accommodation and ration in advance. Therefore any cancellation means inconvenience and certain losses to the people involved in various stages of programme. Keeping that in mind, our cancellation charges are as below-

Cancellation prior to 30 days from start of the event: Get monetary refund with 15% of cancellation charges on trek fee.

Cancellation between 30 days and 15 days to the start of event: 50% on trek fee is non refundable and the remaining 50 % will be given as cash voucher which is valid for 1 year.

Cancellation less than 15 days to the start of event: No refund.

Please note cancellation will be only accepted by email.

Note: The Himalayan Daredevils reserves the right to cancel a programme before departure in the event of logistical problems arriving due to natural calamities, strikes, wars on any other circumstances that makes the event inadvisable. In this case, we will refund 50% of the event fees.

Itinerary changes & trip delays:

We plan itineraries based on the information at the time of planning and in rare circumstances, there are subject to change. In the event that the itinerary is changes or delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather conditions, transportation delays, government intervention, landslides etc. We will always aim to give you the best experience possible. However The Himalayan Daredevils are not be held responsible for the cost of delay or changes.
